History
CVSI is a Charismatic and Prophetic church with a first century Christian fellowship appeal. Under the leadership of God’s humble servant, Prophet Louis A. H. C. Macaiah (who prefers to be called “the Senior Caretaker of the Sanctuary” the church is moulding destinies and transforming lives throughout her catchment areas and all over the world through the power of radio, television and the internet.
The Almighty God gave a vision to Prophet Louis A. H. C. Macaiah who gracefully embraced the calling without resistance and implemented the vision that God gave him, hence the name, Christ Vision Sanctuary. “The Senior Prophet” as his colleagues call him, says, “The journey has not been smooth but the Almighty God himself has been faithful and provided dedicated and faithful men and women to help in his house which has brought the ministry this far.”
CVSI started with two benches, donated by a porridge seller and an orange seller at South Dome in Accra in October 2002, and later relocated to Achimota. From the humble beginning of only two benches, the church now has a magnificent, three-storey building with a seating capacity of three thousand (3,000), plus offices, valued at millions of Ghana cedis to the GLORY OF GOD! Over the last few years, the church has expanded rapidly and established a total of FIFTEEN (15) branches across Ghana.
